There is no denying the fact that the majority of Americans have been facing difficult circumstances over the course of the past few years. We are all feeling the weight of the world's stresses on our shoulders. These stresses come in the form of an impending and ubiquitous pandemic, isolation, social pressures, and economic difficulties.
The possibility of finding love, or at the at least, a caring companion, with whom to weather the storm and support each other in times of need, is one of the few rays of hope that may be seen in an otherwise hopeless outlook.

Back in the year 2020, isolation was taking its toll on many of us, as evidenced by the American Psychological Association's alarming findings regarding dramatic rises in anxiety, despair, loneliness, and other forms of psychological stress.
As a result, a significant number of people started looking for assistance from professional matchmakers. Someone who specializes in assisting others in meeting their ideal match and bringing them together.
In light of the fact that social isolation is at an all-time high and numerous socioeconomic issues are on the horizon, who among us wouldn't be grateful for some assistance in the area of romantic pursuits?
Enter the Ten Aura representative Trish Encina.
Ten Aura claims that it is on a "mission" to assist individuals in becoming the ideal "TEN" that they are looking for in their ideal romantic partner. The website asserts that its team assists users in locating, cultivating, and transforming into the best version of themselves...a version that will both enchant and attract the ideal spouse.
RED FLAGS in Every Direction...
The website consists of little more than a straightforward logo and a contact form that users must complete in order to make contact with the company's staff. To be fair, one of the first red flags that may have been raised was the fact that a reputable company would never have a website with literally no information at all.
There is nothing that says "about us," there is no privacy policy, there are no terms of service, there is no consent form for GDPR, there are no links to social media profiles, and there are no reviews.
It is important to keep in mind that the law mandates the completion of a few of these.
Not only that, but you'd think that for a'successful' matchmaker that charges THOUSANDS to link people with their ideal relationship, they'd really pony up $15 a month for a proper contact form rather than using the FREE version that comes branded with JotForm rather than using the JotForm-branded version of the FREE version.
But, hey, we're all for providing a shot in the arm to anybody, so...
It turned out that we talked to a few women who did exactly that and got into trouble as a result.
We were on high alert with our spidey sense, so we decided to do some investigating. We got together with three ladies who had hired Trish Encina as their matchmaker. They told us about their experiences.
The dating scene in the year 2020 during COVID was quite competitive. Even more so than its typical disorder. As the effects of loneliness began to take their toll, these women decided it was a good time to seek the assistance of a professional who (supposedly) specialized in matching singles with the person who would become their ideal companion.

It has come to our attention that Miss Encina is not, in fact, a professional matchmaker. At the very least, not exclusively. After conducting additional study, our investigative team came to the conclusion that she is the CEO or co-founder of multiple firms, including Modelo Health Personal Models of Care, as well as other businesses.
It's not that there's anything intrinsically wrong with running many businesses, but the fact that you do raises some questions. After conducting additional research, we discovered that Miss Encina HAD previously owned and operated a different matchmaking business that was known as "Three Day Rule, Inc." Although we do not know the complete history of this situation, it appears that the company was only able to continue for a brief period of one year, from 2015 to 2016.
Unfortuitously, the dating and matchmaking scenario is one that is ripe for fraud and crooks who are only too happy to take advantage of those who are emotionally vulnerable at a crucial period in their lives.
The vast majority of us have a deep-seated desire to find "the partner of our dreams," but unfortunately, most matching services only give crumbs at best, despite their lofty promises.
The experiences of the three ladies who were interviewed for this piece reflect an unpleasant picture of how Trish Encina and Ten Aura conduct business. This is despite the fact that the complete story behind Trish Encina and Ten Aura has yet to be revealed.
